Panic Attack

I guess I have had some panic attacks but there were only moderately, I have never felt this way before.

Yesterday I was at rehearsal after lunch. I was sitting done as my teacher was announcing things to the class when suddenly my heart started beating faster and I felt that it was hard to breathe. I was waving my folder to my face to get more air into my lungs. I felt that I was being compressed into a little box and I could not get out. I had never really experienced any thing like it before. I had always had anxiety but only like the nervous feeling in your tummy or sweating a lot. It was new and I was freaking out.

I carried on rehearsing but I could not get myself to calm down. I was holding my friend's hand and my hand was shaking like crazy and I felt that I had to cry but I couldn't. There was no specific reason why I was anxious or panicking. There was absolutely nothing. I had finished finals, I had no school, there was nothing for me to do. I had a sleepover the day before but there was still this panicky feeling inside of me and I felt like I was going to burst.

So I have gone online and read things about them and I have learned that a lot of people have them and that it is nothing to really worry about. There are medication to suppress them and that if they do get worse that i can go to a doctor for it and it is not abnormal.

There is nothing to feel alone about because many people have it. What are some ways to deal with panic attacks?

What I Do Instead of Studying

I don't really like studying.... is that bad? I mean who does when you have your favorite TV show or your favorite artist coming out with a new album. Like every teenager in the world, I do everything else other than studying. So here are some of the things I do:

1. Talk to my parents (actually communicate so i don't have to study)
2. Plan next year's Halloween costume
3. Appreciate the outdoors (instead of sitting at the computer all day)
4. Update my Tumblr, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
5. Watch the movies coming on Disney Channel like I am still 12 years old
6. Actually clean my room because I am sooo bored and I don't want to study
7. Try to learn something new such as a new instrument or a language so that I can still tell my parents that I am studying
8. Talk to people I have not talked to in ages
9. Prank call my friends :)
10. Create new Pintrest boards like it doesn't already have unnecessary ones.
11. Holiday gift ideas (I am thinking of starting Christmas shopping early this year)
12. Stalk someone on Facebook... you know you do it all the time
13. Laundry
14. Work out at the gym (My parents cannot tell me that I can't work out because they always complain that I don't)
15. Listen to songs you wouldn't normally listen to
16. Dance like no one is watching
17. My bed has suddenly gotten more comfy
18. Beating my highest score on Candy Crush (which is impossible because I can't play for my llife)
19. Thinking about your future
20. Finally fall asleep on your textbook so you actually look like you were studying when your mom comes in

Now that I am done with my rant, I have to go study..... like seriously!!

Lush Cosmetics Cinders Bath Bomb

My friend recently dragged me into a LUSH store when we went Christmas shopping together. I had not actually been to a LUSH store before and I was skeptical at first but when all my friends were raving about all the products i had to try them out. As I was done with my Christmas shopping, I had no money left but my friend gifted me a bath bomb and so here is a review.

We were in the store for like an hour just smelling things and testing things out. She gifted me the Cinders Bath Bomb because she knew how much I liked cinnamon. This is a limited edition bath bomb made only during the Christmas time though. It was smaller than the normal bath bombs but I liked it.

Smell: Cinnamon
Color: Yellow
Ingredients: Cinnamon Leaf Oil and Almond Essential Oil
Overall: It was nice due to the smell but the store claimed that the bath bomb had pop rocks (for those of you that don't know what that is.... they are popping candy that like pop when they hit any moisture) that would pop in the bath but I could not hear them unless I took it out of the bath. I didn't get the bomb because of the pop rocks but that would have been a nice touch. It also does not have any noticeable skin benefits to it but that would have been a nice addition. Overall, it made me feel at home by the fireplace. This would be a nice bath bomb for the smell instead of the skin benefits.

P.S. Since it was a gift I don't know the price and i can't find it anywhere.

Any other LUSH products that I should try? :)
